Glycine is the simplest of the 20 protein amino acids, which supports the nervous system (improves memory and concentration). It shows antioxidant properties and supports muscle building.
RECOMMENDED USE: Dissolve 1 portion (1 g = 1 scoop) in 100-150 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion.
