How to use protein pancakes:
Mix a portion of the product 50 g (4 flat scoops) with 40 ml of cold water. Put the dough on the well-heated oil in a pan. Fry on medium heat on both sides until golden brown. Serve with protein cream, peanut butter, frying spray or Cheat Meal syrup. 1 portion of the product gives 1 pancakes.
